I’ve been on a plateau for about ten days.  I really can’t complain because I’m not gaining weight but I’d love to see that scale start to move down again.

We went to Olive Garden yesterday for their endless salad, soup and bread sticks.  Love their gnocchi soup.  Ate lots of salad and kept the bread sticks to a minimum.  They seemed so salty.  I can feel my taste buds  evolving.
