Had my fifth colonoscopy in four months today.  I’m still tired and will probably be myself in a couple days. There was good news. Only two polyps and my colon looked healthy.  We are keeping the Lynch Syndrome at bay. I don’t have to have another colonoscopy until February of 2015 so I have four months uninterrupted. Plus the stress factor can drop down a few notches.

I’ll be back on the bike soon.
