Twelve days after getting sick I am finally well.  This was one of the worst in years.  I wonder if a flu shot would have mitigated the severity a bit.

I’ll be back on the bike soon just in time for the weather to turn.  When it’s too miserable to ride I will be on the wind trainer.  It’s been a lousy cycling year for me for a lot of reasons but I’m optimistic.
