Day 20: Low Carbs

This is working quite well.  I have cut out all breads and simple carbohydrates.  My biggest weakness was bread and crackers.  It amazes me how much buttered toast I would eat at a sitting. The biggest thing about this life change is my new awareness.  It is obvious now why I was (and still am) fat.
